About Readymix Concrete
Readymix Concrete is a ready-mix concrete supplier based in Al Quoz, Dubai. We run the whole chain ourselves: batching, transport and placement, so a change to the mix or to the delivery slot reaches the plant the same day.
Every load is batched on OPC and GGBS and designed for a Gulf site: retarders and slump targets set for the hour of your pour, sulphate-resistant mixes for basements and piles near the coast, and fibre-reinforced screeds for floors that take heavy traffic.
From villa footings in Dubai Hills to tower slabs in Business Bay, we deliver readymix concrete to every district of Dubai, day and night. See the concrete mixes we supply or check the areas we deliver.

Batching and dispatch, every day
Which mix for which element, and what Gulf exposure does to it
A pile in reclaimed ground and a roof slab on a desert-edge plot fail in different ways. Buried concrete in coastal districts sits in saline groundwater carrying chlorides and sulphates, so it needs a designed mix rather than a general one. A fresh slab inland loses water to wind and sun, so curing decides its surface. We batch every family on OPC and GGBS and adjust strength class, slump and retarder to the element your engineer is detailing.

Readymix concrete by structural element
Eight mix families, from blinding under the slab to the columns above it, each batched on OPC and GGBS and adjusted to your engineer's spec.
-
Gunite readymix
Sprayed concrete for excavation faces, tank linings and curved sections, where the mix must stick to the surface and build thickness without formwork.
-
Screed readymix
A flowing mix laid over the structural slab to bring the floor to level, with fibres available where shrinkage cracking is a concern.
-
Shoring readymix
Concrete for the temporary support that holds an excavation open while the permanent basement walls and slabs are built inside it.
-
Piling readymix
Concrete for bored piles, designed to flow around the cage without vibration and resist the chlorides and sulphates found in reclaimed ground.
-
Substructure readymix
Rafts, pile caps, basement walls and ground beams: the buried elements that need a mix designed for saline groundwater, not a standard grade.
-
Superstructure readymix
Columns, beams, slabs and cores, batched to the strength class on the drawings and pumped to height with booms from 43 to 57 m.
-
Blinding readymix
A thin, low-strength layer that seals the excavated ground and gives steel fixers a clean, level surface to set out on.
-
Fibre-reinforced readymix
Fibres mixed through the concrete to control plastic shrinkage cracking on slabs and screeds exposed to wind and sun while they cure.
How we match the mix to the structure
Six habits that keep the concrete on site the same as the concrete on the drawing.
-
01
Mix chosen by element
Tell us whether it is a pile, a raft, a column or a screed. The element and its exposure decide the mix, before the volume does.
-
02
Designed for saline ground
Coastal and reclaimed districts have groundwater carrying chlorides and sulphates. Buried concrete there gets a designed mix on OPC and GGBS, never a generic grade.
-
03
Retarder set for the journey
The retarder dose is set for the travel time from Al Quoz to your site, so the concrete is still workable when the first chute opens.
-
04
Slump set for the hour
A slab poured at 3 a.m. and one poured at noon behave differently. We set the slump target for the hour your pour starts.
-
05
Placed where the element is
12 m³ mixer trucks, concrete pumps with booms from 43 to 57 m and placing booms put the concrete where the element is, not where the truck parks.
-
06
Volume held once booked
A large raft cannot stop halfway. Booked volumes are held against stock, and we batch and dispatch 24/7, so the pour runs to the end.
